The Sporades is an archipelago along the east coast of Greece, northeast of the island of Evia, in the Aegean Sea. It consists of 24 islands, of which only 4 are inhabited: Alonnisos, Skiathos, Skopelos and Skyros. Administratively the islands are split between the Greek peripheries of Thessaly and Central Greece. These islands are characterized by dense vegetation and mountainous terrain and are world known for some of the bluest and cleanest seas one will ever come across. There are 597 Hotels in Sporades.
