Villa Chania C Overview
Set within the Theo Hotel complex, and part of a range of modern maisonette style villas, Villa Chania C is situated in an elevated position overlooking olive groves and mountainside. This stylish and well-equipped holiday home features two spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 4 guests, with the option of converting the living room sofa into beds to accommodate a further 4. Offering incredible views out across the sea, and featuring an outdoor dining area and swimming pool, Villa Chania C has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The ground floor features a spacious open plan layout, consisting of living, kitchen, and dining areas. The decor is neutral for the most part with pale cream walls and light-coloured stone tiled floors. The living area is brightened by a feature wall in zesty lemon, that takes in the open fireplace which is set within a curved corner pillar. This fresh and bright colour perfectly complements the pebble-grey, modern style sofas and soft lemon cushions, as well as the contemporary lighting fixtures, and chunky dark wood furniture. The living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen/diner, which boasts a sturdy and contemporary style dining table in a rich dark chocolate wood that seats 6. The kitchen area is modern in style and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The units and countertops are a blend of dark and light wood, with light wood-panelled walls, and another feature wall at this end of the space, this time in a tangy lime shade, brings this whole area together and gives off modern, fresh, and stylish vibes.
The first floor houses the villa’s two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both decorated to the same standard as the ground floor, and boasting the same flamboyant yet classy colour scheme. The double room combines lime green with soft cream and deep chocolate for a rich and vibrant atmosphere. The traditional style of light stone tiled floors and sturdy dark wood furniture contrast nicely with a wall-mounted flat screen TV and modern artworks, while the large double doors open out onto your private balcony and offer you spectacular views. The twin room is no less impressive, with all the same amenities as the double room, but this time pairing the fresh cream and dark wood tones with splashes of bright lemon for a summery mediterranean feel. Villa Chania C also boasts a large bathroom, tiled in white and lime and featuring a bath with shower attachment. Wooden shelving units, and modern style basin give this room a contemporary feel, and there is plenty of space in here for the villa’s washing machine too!
Outside the villa guests can enjoy a bbq and dining area, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals while taking in the stunning views, and the pool, easily accessible by steps and a handrail, and surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, will ensure everyone has somewhere to cool off after a long hot day.

Villa Chania C Location
Chania in Crete is the island’s second largest city and lies along the north coast. Known for its multicultural heritage, the city boasts incredible sights including the Venetian lighthouse and the Grand Arsenal, as well as elegant villas, pulsating bars, and restaurants offering a range of dishes as eclectic and far-flung as its architectural style. Beyond the town itself visitors will discover the famous beaches of Agia Marina, Stalos, and Platania, and to the east; Akrotiri and its beautiful monasteries await you, as well as the Arkoudospilias (Bear Cave), named after a bear-shaped stalactite.Just a few km outside of Chania is the world-renowned Samaria Gorge, the largest and most famous gorge in Crete. Visitors here can see nature in all its glory, and maybe even catch a glimpse of the rare wild Cretan goat. A five hour hike through the gorge, with walls that reach a height of 300m, will end at the 3km wide passage known as Portes, or the Iron Gates, and Agia Roumeli where you will be rewarded with the swim of a lifetime.
Visitors to this area will spoilt for choice when it comes to which beach to visit, but one of your first destinations should be the beach of Falassarna, which is one of the longest in the Chania area. Featuring a stunning wooded landscape, thick golden sand, and blue seas spanning the horizon, Falassarna is one of the most popular beaches in Crete, especially since there are facilities such as umbrellas and sunbeds on offer, however, it is still possible to find more isolated spots on the beach too. For a more unique take on a day at the beach head eastwards to Lake Kournas, the only natural freshwater lake in Crete, and one of Chania’s most beautiful natural sights. As the summer waters recede small beaches are formed on the shore, and umbrellas and sunbeds are available, as well as small cafes offering light refreshments. There’s also the opportunity to rent a marine bicycle, and admire the landscape of the stunning turquoise waters.
